I understand the value of individualised coaching and how it can bridge the gap between good and excellent training outcomes.
Being a competitive powerlifter myself, I recognise the challenges that arise in performance sport. Moreover, in an S&C coaching capacity, I've worked with elite-level athletes from likes of the Scottish FA and Scottish Rugby, as well as individuals completely new to the gym.
I apply an ‘evidence-informed’ coaching practice, striking a balance between relevant research, anecdotal experiences, and the individual preferences of our clients.

Through years of struggling with injuries, I sought to inform myself on the importance and benefits of recovery techniques. This was done through my degree in BSc (Hons) Applied Sport and Exercise Science, external qualifications in Massage Therapy and Cupping, as well as internships with professional Sports Clubs.
I understand and appreciate that injury and fatigue can significantly impair not just athletic performance but also quality of life.

Get individualised training programmes sent through on a weekly basis as well as responsive technical video analysis and support. We push programming via our Apto MyStrengthBook app, offering an easy to use interface and data collection.
